Since 2014, HID has been investing on flat sheets production lines and so far operated 3 lines with full auto manipulation, making total output to 30, 000 square meters per day, well enhancing HID quality control from sheets to finished membrane elements and supplying worldwide. During 2019, HID expanded to two production bases, with a powerful mechanical design & Development team full of advanced concepts. HID also invested the production line of spacers, O-ring and gasket to cover the complete membrane parts supply.
HID developed full auto rolling lines for residential/commercia/industrial RO membrane making, with annual output to 5.5 millions pieces, and models from 50 GPD, 75 GPD, 100 GPD, 200 GPD to 300 GPD, 400 GPD, 600 GPD, 800 GPD and up to 40 40/80 40 to meet factory capacity increase and quality control demand.
